The project is located in the Norwood neighborhood of greater Cincinnati, OH and is situated on slightly more than four urban acres . The entire complex will be fenced in with decorative wrought iron security fencing with remotely operated pedestrian and vehicle gates.
There are several parking areas near the four buildings with assigned spaces for each unit, plus guests and accessible spaces.
There will be two fenced designated dog areas.
